FAQ

1. How long does it take for my server to be done?

Your server can be done anywhere between 1 and 4 days (after our consult), depending on your package. Premium clients get priority delivery with 2-4 days.

2. Can you redesign or fix an existing server?

Yes! I offer full revamps and redesigns, just let me know beforehand. The package price will increase by 20%, but the result will likely be even better!

3. Do you offer refunds? 

If you're not satisfied with the result, I offer limited revisions depending on your package. Due to the nature of the service, full refunds aren't guaranteed once the setup begins.

4. Which languages do you support?

I can build servers in both English and Dutch. If you want your server in a different language, we can always work something out. 

5. What can I expect from the process?

We'll first start with a consult chat on Discord, where I'll ask the client about design preferences, their community goal, and an invitation to their server. 

After the consult, I go to work and will update the client about the progress.
